The hotel encountered specific issues such as ongoing renovations leading to an out-of-sync lobby. Elevators and hallways showed signs of neglect, as they weren't vacuumed well, and there was no warm breakfast available—only fruits and pastries. I found my room surprisingly small and had a major concern when my room door was almost accessed by another family due to a computer error. Additionally, my stay included a fire alarm test without any advanced notice, creating a chaotic morning.

I had a great stay in a Beautiful King Room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed a fine view of the city. The manager was really hospitable and funny Plus, the indoor pool was a nice way to end the day! 🌊

The modern decor impressed me right away. The bedding felt luxurious, making it easy to relax. However, there were some drawbacks. Breakfast service struggled with short staffing, and I had to wait a while for essentials like coffee and silverware. The keyless room entry was problematic. I filled out lots of info but still needed a key code. Despite these hiccups, the staff remained cheerful and eager to assist. My room was clean and well-stocked, although I missed having extra bedding for the pull-out bed. The fitness center had good equipment, and the indoor pool area was a nice escape, even though the outdoor pool was closed. I did enjoy my time here but hope they can smooth out the kinks.

The staff remained cheerful and eager to assist, making my check-in experience smoother despite the self check-in challenges.
My room had noticeable mold on the tub surround and mildew on the shower curtain, raising concerns about cleanliness.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean, with quality toiletries that really elevate the experience. The self check-in was a unique twist, and once I got the hang of using the QR code for room keys, it made things super convenient. Plus, the outdoor pool area is great for soaking up some sun!
No mini fridge.

Our stay was lovely! The room was super clean, and I adored the incredibly comfortable bed. The dining experience at the restaurant was a nice surprise, especially the barbecue pizza! The only letdown was the unheated pool.

close to parks and gardens for perfect weekend strolls
I really loved how this hotel is just a short drive from the beautiful Memphis Botanic Garden, which offers a stunning variety of plants and views, and it’s also only about 4 km from the majestic Crystal Shrine Grotto, making it easy to immerse myself in nature during my stay.

Recommend it for group travelers
The self check-in was a bit rough at first but the cheerful staff really turned that around,, especially when they helped us navigate everything. The indoor pool was nice even though it was a bit cooler than I expected,, it made for a refreshing end to the day!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly,, for what we got, I’d say it was acceptable.
